Elizabeth Parker Hut

This photo of the Elizabeth Parker Hut, was shot in the Alpine Meadows, located in the Lake O'Hara region of Yoho National Park. The Hut is owned by The Alpine Club of Canada. The club aquired the Elizabeth Parker Hut from the CPR in 1930, in exchange for property by the shore of Lake O'Hara, it had held since 1912. You may reserve sleeping space in season, but be prepared to do this far in advance of the summer hiking season.
