Curious why this overgrown lane has been blocked off ? I know I was so I parked my truck off to the side of this backroad in the Cypress Hills of Southeastern Alberta, grabbed my camera and set off down the lane. We had travelled to Cypress Hills Provincial Park with friends to camp for the weekend. Everyone was still in bed when I left camp very early just after daybreak to check out the surrounding countryside. After a pleasant morning of exploring, I headed back to camp.
