Lamp Chops

I am standing on a high vantage point overlooking this bench on the Sheep River, when I notice these Bighorn Sheep acting skittish. They had been grazing peacefully when they began to mill around with something bothering them. They were looking off to the west, and wouldn't you know it, El Coyote is skulking around dreaming about lamp chops for lunch. The coyote worked his way closer and then made his move. At that point the sheep disappeared down the draw to their left and were gone. The Coyote went back to hunting quarry he had a chance of taking down. I will post photos of some Trophy Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep that I shot photos of grazing nearby, the coyote would have been done like toast
