Balmy Temperatures

Who's the wise guy that told me about those balmy temperatures we would be experiencing today (saturday)? As I motored east of Calgary before the Sun came up over the horizon, my truck thermometer was pegged at -24C-Brrr. Before long as I headed towards Carsland the Sun slowly crawled over the eastern horizon and this wheat pile on this farm. The plumes of condensates rising from this plant tells the tale as to the temperature. Before long I was crossing the Bow south of Carsland where this image I captured on the river. I parked my truck and made my way on to the bridge where I shot a series of photos, the last photo being one of them. I will post more later. Time to thaw my fingers out.
