Takakkaw Falls
Takakkaw Falls is the second highest waterfall in Canada at 1250 ft (381 meters ) in height. It blasts off a ledge and down over a thousand feet before it hits the bottom. You can walk right up to it, however expect to get a bit wet in the process. Depending when you visit, the falls can be pushing more or less water over the ledge, as it is fed by a glacier. Takakkaw Falls is located near Field, BC in Yoho National Park.
