David Thompson Country

The David thompson Explorer's Trail west of Rocky Mountain House, Alberta brought us to the spectacular Crescent Falls on the Bighorn River. We stayed in the campground located just meters above the falls. I did not want to leave after a superb evening of fly fishing for Cutthroat Trout on the upper reaches of the Bighorn River. There are spectacular views on the trail bordering the canyon.
