Ram River Falls

This is one spectacular part of Alberta and the falls located on the Ram River is located in the Rocky Mountain Forest Reserve. Wildlife Thrive in this setting and anytime I fish the river, I see Bighorn Sheep grazying above the falls. Both Grizzly and Black Bears can be obseved, as well as Bald Eagles overhead. I have spent a fair amount of time over the years exploring and fishing in the area, and find myself returning every summer. Peppers Lake ( Dawn Patrol ) is located 10km further south on the Forestry Trunk Road. I know that I have a better photo that I shot at the base of the falls, however I will have to look for it. Oh-How high is this waterfall? Expand the photo and check out the brave soul standing just to the left of the main falls at the top.
